OPENING CEREMONY / CEREMONIA OTWARCIA
- Tuesday 20.08.2024 – 19:00 All Athletes are invited to participate in the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony will take place outdor on Arena A, no confetti are permitted.

ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE / SYSTEM AKREDYTACJI
The venue its divided in 3 zones ( see below map):
- Stable – only for accredited persons
- Camp Zite – only for accredited persons
- Competitions zone – free admission
STABLE / STAJNIE
Accreditations are limited as per FEI Rules:
- Athlete -1
- Groom – 1
- Horse Owner – 2 per horse acc. to FEI Passport
Other Stable Accreditations per NF:
- Chef d'Equipe - 1
- Team Trainer - 2
- Team Veterinarian - 1
- NF President - 1
More accreditation can be buy for the stable area from the NF (only persons certificated by responsible NF), the price € 200,00 per person. – invoice only to NF – no private possibilities to purchase Stable access
It is the responsibility of NF’s to supply the OC with all information relating to their accreditations for riders, grooms, trainer, owners, Chef d’Equipe and vet and others.

The accreditation form must be returned with definite entries before the 16th August, 2024.
All accreditation will be collected by respective Chef de Equipe from the show office upon arrival.

Camp Site Accreditation (partners, parents, siblings, friends, private trainers etc) - the price € 100,00 per adult person, € 75,00 per under12. accredit

The accreditation form must be returned with definite entries before the 16th August, 2024. The accreditation form receiving after 16th August, 2024 will be additionally charge 20 EUR.
All the accreditations will be at the show office on arrival only the accredited in person will be allowed to pick them up.
