Accreditation application

Accreditations are granted on the basis of accreditation applications submitted between 10 May and 16 August 2024. Applications sent at a later date will not be considered. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read the Regulations for the granting and use of accreditation.

Rules for granting accreditation

1. PRESS accreditations are issued only to professionally active representatives of official media (radio, printed press, web portals, social media) at the request of the editor-in-chief. 
2. PHOTO accreditations are issued to photojournalists at the request of a specific media outlet, newspaper magazine or web portal and entitle them to use the photographs taken solely for editorial purposes. Any sale of photographs to third parties other than the media is prohibited. Persons suspected of such activities will be asked to leave the competition area.
3. One person can apply for both PRESS and PHOTO accreditation.
4. The exclusive right to sell photographs (to competitors, owners, breeders, etc.). is reserved for the Official Photographers of the event, designated by the Organising Committee and the International Equestrian Federation.  
5. PHOTO accreditations will not be issued to representatives of photographic agencies, members of national teams and/or commercial entities. The organiser does not offer commercial accreditations.
